"The hotel staff was rude, please be aware the ride height for kids in the slides is 48 inches. They don't tell you that before you book. The lazy river has no height requirement and is riskier than the slides. I drove 4 hours just to be told kids couldn't get on slide. I would definitely not go back ..."

"Checked in and out same day because room was very dirty and smelled like someone smoked inside. The smell was so strong to get a headache informed the front desk only answer was rooms are non-smoking. When I asked if I checked out early if I could get a refund for the checking in early was told yes ..."
