"Property location is great with free transport to Salcombe town or Ferry from beach adjacent to hotel. Hotel room/accommodation had great view but was small. This was disappointing when considering the tariff for two rooms /4 nights accommodation. The bedroom lacked soundproofing, disturbed nights sleep for three nights due to noise from young children in next room, spoke to receptionist with little response!
