"Stayed here twice. First stay was fine but on second stay there was a noticeable drain smell as soon as we first opened the door to our room. After reporting the problem an attempt was made to remedy the issue however the smell returned. We resorted to leaving the bathroom extractor fan running. We would stay there again but in hindsight we should have rejected the room when we arrived."

"Everyone at the Hotel Britomart were fabulous! The hotel is in a terrific location, is super clean and well appointed! The beds are comfy and the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant & bar were great and provided a relaxing atmosphere!! We would highly recommend The Hotel Britomart!!"

"The only thing I didn't like about this room was the bathroom window opened onto the walkway, this would have been OK at the far end, but as my room was right by the elevator it was a bit noisy at times. Other than that, the room was great, outstanding at the price point. "

"Communication prior to the stay was laborious, more than we’ve ever had anywhere around the world. The location was perfect so close to the cruise shop terminal and close to ferries and shops. A well maintained unit. A slight glitch getting in but we figured it out."

"What a fantastic Hotel. My King Size room was on the 12th floor with a stunning view. Just 3 min. from the cruise ship, restaurants, and enterainment. We even got a free bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate, free nice breakfast. Plus a couple of free drinks. Bed was super comfy, large shower (no bathtub), and even free extra hour (12:00) for departure. "

"The room was small and dirty, there is no parking and the doors to get inside are locked most of the time. If you buzz them to check in late they are grouchy to deal with it. We wore our shoes in the bathroom and rest of the room the whole time. Sheets, bed and pillows seemed clean. No bugs. "
