"The hotel was great. Expedia on the other hand, sucks. There was a mistake in the booking. I called Expedia to see if there was a way to fix it. The representative from Expedia said he called the hotel and that the hotel wouldn't refund for the money for booking. The problem? I was standing next to the owner of the hotel, and he was standing next to the phone. Expedia never called. They lied. I called them out on it, and they told me the person they talked to told them it was violation of there...

"Overall this stay was great. Location was good. Every place we wanted to visit was only 5-15 minutes away. My favorite feature is the balcony. The light rain made the weather so nice and welcoming, we enjoyed the end of the night on that balcony; being from the city where rhe weather is 100 degrees at night, that is a privilege to be able to do in the middle summer. One thing I wouldn't mind is having the pool open until 11pm instead of 10pm. That's all."

"We like the property, but it could use an update. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they had a staffing issue which made our requested room not ready upon check in. I told them if it helped any I would take whatever room they had available and I got an upgraded room! a really nice surprise and it was so appreciated. Anytime we visit Prescott, we will likely stay at this property. They offer a nice breakfast and it's located around plenty of restaurants and shopping."

"I enjoyed my stay. The reception desk manager was very nice and welcoming. They seemed to be renovating some rooms with new A/C units. My room had an older unit but it worked like a beast. They had continental breakfast and a pool for the kids to play. It was quiet (my kids were probably the loudest thing about the hotel). The beds were comfy and clean, which is really my only nitpick about staying anywhere."

"The hotel was a bit far from Sedona but it was our own fault for not reading the description correctly. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. One reason we booked this one was for the breakfast and pool. It was storming so we didn’t swim. The breakfast was good but the waffle machine was out of order, which disappointed. Overall would recommend."

"Everything was great! Shower was missing shampoo but aside from that, the room was great for what me and my girlfriend needed for the weekend!"

"We were confused by the check-in instructions for this hotel. We had to go into the large casino, find the check-in and then drive our car down the hill to our hotel. The walls are paper thin as we had loud people in the room next to us awake until 4am and the A/C unit worked great, but was so loud. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. I would not recommend for solo travel."
