"This is the cutest place - retro but totally modern. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The man at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, fantastic memory foam pillows, and completely new bathrooms. Easy to get to, and a straight shot to the airport."

"Older but clean buildings and rooms. Bathroom was clean but did not have body wash and had to wait until next day to get some bad quality bar soaps to use. (Couldn't p have them when readying the rooms..?). Breakfast was good with some hot items available. They charge for parking each night but at the south end of Portland downtown area so we could simply walk there. It is situated next to PSU but there were still a lot of homeless people nearby. "The room was nice! Comfy and safe. The check in time was at 4pm and there were no rooms available due to still being cleaned. They had a lot of us out in the lobby waiting and the staff acted really confused. Overall, the room was nice!"

"Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?"

"This was our first experience staying at The Heathman Hotel. It is stunning inside and we had a Wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I only had interaction with staff on check in/and check out but they were all very nice. The breakfast was good, I was hoping for biscuits & gravy but that wasn't one of their offerings, at least not that morning. They had a ice water dispenser in the lobby on a stand and at breakfast they had placed bags with breakfast items (like a sack lunch but with breakfast) up for grabs. "Was disappointed it was loud kids running around everywhere especially they are using the elevator to play goes up and down. The restaurant does not have much selections..typical American burger. We stayed here or relax instead it was noisy. The valet parking is full so we have to walked far to park our car to go to the hotel and it was raining! Didn’t enjoy this property that’s why we never go back now we have our new fave not far from this place “Hitel Indigo” waterfront Vancouver Wa..this...

"This was a great hotel. The location was good for walking around. They offered valet parking which was convenient. There is a bar in the basement that servers coffee, drinks and breakfast for a free. The room seemed new and was clean."

"The bathroom is too small. The toilet is half way the door. The sink is like a salad bowl size. There’s barely any space for your own stuff. The hotel charges 28 dollars for something you don’t really need, such as 5-6 pm happy hour beer, etc. They don’t have anything except for a bar of soap. The most most horrible thing is the flush sound of the toilet. You can hear your next door neighbor flushing so clearly and loudly that it can wake you up in the middle of the night."

"I booked the wrong dates, June instead of July. I became aware a day later. Expedia asked me to call them to reschedule. The hotel was very rigid, and absolutely offered me no help to accommodate me in any way. I wasted $600 for this mistake. I accept that this is partially my fault, but all other hotels have provided some firm of relief in the past. I am disappointed."
