"The bedroom had been recently renovated and bathroom was very nice until you switched on the beautiful shower but only a dribble of water comes out - the water pressure was awful Informed reception and they just said ok we will tell maintenance"

"This great hotel just 10 mins walk from the town centre is the best I have stayed in for the price. Staff were very polite and helpful. The single bedroom, though small, had all one could hope for, clean and well stocked, even little biscuits as a welcome. The shower was the best I have ever used in a hotel or guest house. I stayed just one night and did not take in the breakfast, but dining area seemed well appointed."

"Hotel is close to all amenities, car park is small but plenty off street parking, staff are very good n helpful also breakfast is very good. Hotel room was clean. Dani who checked me in was very helpful. Downside hotel is need upgrading."

"Very helpful staffs"

"The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service."

"Good hotel for one night."

"I like everything about the property, especially the staff. The morning breakfast was top notch. The staff was helpful, the building was excellent. Honestly, I like everything about the property."

"Best place for relaxing"

"Large, sprawling property with good amenities for wheelchair customers but with long corridors that may be challenging for guests who have other walking aids or breathing difficulties. Excellent breakfast with a good range of hot and cold items and some healthy options. Warm and friendly greeting from staff on arrival. Large car park that empties out overnight but VERY busy on a Sunday morning (extremely difficult to find a vacant space). Easy to pay for parking using a machine in the lobby...

"Great location with plenty of places to eat out nearby. My Lahore next door was great and the Kirkstall brewery do good beer and pizzas."
