"We had a fantastic stay. The property was in a very convenient location for the airport, which made our journey so much easier. The host's communication was excellent from start to finish, providing all the information we needed.
The property was spotlessly clean and very well presented. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts, including food, bottled water, wine, chocolates, washing tablets, and a selection of bathroom amenities. These little touches made us feel very welcome and...

"Room spacious and spotless nicely decorated , bed and pillows comfortable, plenty of good sized towels and pool towels. The light switches are confusing, no mini bar and no room service option. Pool area is beautiful and relaxing but the grounds are a bit shabby around the edges. You can’t order drinks/ food from the sunbeds - have to go to the bar to order. The bar is basic and not very stylish - the same with the restaurant. Menu not very inspiring or authentic Greek. Breakfast ok, again not...

"I always do all inclusive, but this time I was traveling with picky eaters so I didn't. I couldn't even get ice or ice water at the hotel, only at breakfast (because I got breakfast included) I was told it was hotel policy, well that policy sucks. I travel a lot, and Rodos palace won't be in my future or my family's future accommodations."

"The hotel looks very new, with big clean rooms with strong a/c, and a nice pool area. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is simply amazing - very close to the airport, yet very quiet. If you rent a car, you get to any nearby beach in under 30 minutes."

"My boyfriend and I enjoyed a week stay here. The breakfast options were great, and the day menu was good. The staff were attentive, however I feel they weren’t overly so at breakfast, as sometimes we weren’t approached about any hot drinks or juice. The pool was a relaxed setting with sun loungers available all day. The gym was decent with a good array of machines. The spa was lovely and the spa staff were particularly friendly. Reception was always helpful, giving us a sheet of restaurants they...

"From arrival to departure the reception staff were very helpful and on hand to answer any questions. The housekeeping staff cleaned every day and changed the towels, the room was always spotless on return. A fresh bottle of water was left for us every day and having a fridge in the room was an added bonus.
Breakfast felt very relaxed, with stunning views out to sea in the restaurant and the choices on offer were all delicious (this is not a self service buffet, you sit down where you like...
