They were all so accommodating and the room I booked was super nice and it’s also very convenient with free airport transfer. The food at the hotel was very nice. I also appreciate that everyone spoke English

Frustrating when hotels.com promised enhancements are not recognised, tiring to hear hotel does not have anything to do with them. Cockroach in the room only gets a cursory nod by front desk. Good pool for laps. Free airport shotel is appreciated in town where transport costs an arm.

There was an employee strike during our stay. We had no amenities or access to service; we had to stay in our room for an entire day. There was security in the lobby and the guess floors. I was worried, there was no communication from management/supervisor. We were awoken by security a few minutes to midnight and taken to a different hotel. We later found out this problem had been going on since beginning of September, I feel we should have been advised and allow us the option to rebook elsewhere.

We arrived late for an overnight stay. Shuttle was promised but hard to find at the airport. Hotel is old and many items within the room and bathroom are broken. Biggest one was the shower. Unfortunately we didn’t realise it until too late and we had to leave to be on time for our flight. For $220+/night the value is not there for the quality provides

Good Hotel, Service Lacks & Not Worth The Tariff

15.05.2022 - They did not send airport pick up shuttle inspite of a clear request sent on Hotels.Com. They claimed that they did not receive any such request. They did respond to my calls from the airport and sent across the pick up, which resulted in us waiting for more than an hour outside the airport! For a double occupancy room, they had provided only one towel in the room and we had to call for another one in the morning. Other than these two points, it was a wonderful stay though I think, given the middle of nowhere location, I would not like to pay so much in future. It is too expensive for the value it provides.

Séjour professionnel de 2 nuits. Hôtel très confortable et très bien équipé. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Malheureusement, l'hôtel n'est pas entretenu comme il devrait l'être pour un 5 étoiles. Enfin, situé dans un quartier en développement qui n'offre pas beaucoup de possibilités d'activité pour le moment.

Leaky roof, when I noticed and called... I was told that someone will come check it out. Nobody came. I had to go to the front desk around noon, when it was time to check out. They offered me a late checkout or change of room exactly when I don’t need it. They offered coffee to make up for the leaky roof. The leak was very close to the bathroom but they insisted it’s water from the cooling system.
