"The front desk person was extremely kind. The problem was the room. My room was not cleaned, chips & other items on the carpet, food left in the refrigerator, cleaning towels left on the desk, and no towels in the restroom. I called the front office to voice my complaint and was told I would be reassigned to another room. Once I get to the front desk, I was told there were no available rooms. My credit card was charged almost $300 for a room I didn’t use. I was moved to a different property that...
