Beautiful Hotel experience

Hotel staff is great; they give you as much attention as you want. Their private beach is wonderful, assigned lounges and umbrellas with plenty of space in between is a better beach experience. Note, the small stone beach is not sand.

A True Gem on the Ligurian Coast – Hospitality at Its Finest! Our stay at the Grand Hotel Diana Majestic was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team — from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Beach staff — made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is a jewel: spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set against the Ligurian coast. Having parking and beach chairs included in the rate made everything easier, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — a perfect start to each day. The food throughout our stay was delightful, but what truly elevated the experience was the people. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and genuinely personable — and impressively multilingual. It was clear that the entire team takes pride in what they do, and their passion for great hospitality showed in every interaction. Special mention to Mathilde at the Front Desk — an absolute star! Her warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Vivien at the pool was fantastic, always cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with a smile, and the restaurant team was managed with heart and precision. We didn’t catch every name, but every team member played a part in making our stay memorable. Thank you for showing us what true hospitality looks like — we will most certainly be back!

A good 3 night stay only

Wonderful stay.. i loved the place , customer service at its top, swimming pool and beach area are good as well. Only setback is the gym ; small.

operating hours of the restaurant could be adjusted slightly for families with small children, since its quite difficult to have dinner after 19.30h when with a 6 month old baby. But this is a general phenomenon in Italy. Also be aware that you have lots of tour busses depending on the season with larger tourist groups stopping over in this hotel.

Comme toujours, un accueil chaleureux, un personnel aux petits soins et compétent. Que ce soit à la plage, à la piscine, au restaurant, tout le monde donne envie de revenir. Seul petit bémol; j'avais payé un peu plus pour avoir une chambre " exécutive" au lieu de " classique ", c'est vrai que j'avais peut-être une plus belle vue, mais au lieu de la grande salle de bain avec baignoire habituelle, nous avons eu une toute petite salle de douche... ce n'était pas très agréable cette toute petite douche un peu sombre ... tant pis .
