"Apart from the WiFi sucking and front desk not really knowing much about things like buses or where to get a phone charger, the overall experience was very good, the pool nice and the rooms great too. Restaurant food was high quality. All in all would def recommend if you don’t mind a commute into town which is the price for a nice pool and pretty location. "We loved the hotel’s location—it was only about a 10–15 minute walk to shopping and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. One thing I’d recommend is asking about parking before you arrive. The hotel offers parking, but spaces are limited. "I have to say, after staying in some very luxurious places in Italy, the best air-conditioning and the best water pressure for a shower were at Hotel Franchi. My family and I joked about this, as it was really true! There is a lovely garden where we enjoyed a take-out lunch.
