"Great destination "

"It was the last week of the season, so understandable for some thing's. This hotel is definitely not a 5*. We have stayed at 4* and 5* at opening and closing weeks, this is no where near. The good - Branded drinks, JD, Smirnoff, Baileys. The soft furnishings, seating, pool area etc are all lovely and to a high standard. The not so good - No drinks menu at the bar, run out of mixers and drinks. The food selection was minimal, warm at best and struggled to put a meal together for the 3 sittings...

"The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here."

"Property is beautiful! Beach was private and quiet with plenty of cabanas and chairs. Hotel was modern and clean with incredible views."

"Excellent location next to Ladies Beach and its promenade. City center is reachable taking bus line 5. Very friendly staff, good facilities, peaceful terrace for breakfast and dinner, nice platform beach. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. "
