"Rooms were very clean, staff friendly and professional, breakfast was excellent. Only issue or upgrade Kapok should consider is placing a screen from the elevator to the corridor to access the pool and make it more private.it is too exposed.
Overall the stay was great"

A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was...
