"Awful. As soon as we landed, room filthy, not cleaned. Stains on the sheets. BLOOD! Found in some areas too! Hotel refused to help sort it. Expedia failed to help to saying they couldnt contact the hotel. Wasted money and a holiday."

"Very nice hotel, in good location.Nice modern and big rooms.It’s an all inclusive resort with good food, three restaurants and few bars with good drinks.The common areas like swimming pools, gardens lobby just great.And the hotel staff very helpful, polite and always smiling making the whole experience even better.Definitely recommend."

"The pool was a fair size with a small baby pool. This was constantly cleaned by staff. Unfortunately, the water was cold at this time of the year. The rooms were big, with big beds and cleaned regularly. Breakfast choices were good with fresh omelette station. Pastries and biscuits were delicious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the spa facilities. Hammam, massages, etc. Therapists were very friendly. We had a great time celebrating my big birthday with friends. ...

"Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön groß. Das Essen fanden wir Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Anlage und insbesondere die Poollandschaft sind sehr schön designt allerdings schlecht instandgehalten, was insbesondere bei den Poolliegen und Möbeln im Außenbereich auffällt. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel aus meiner Sicht leider keinem 5* Standard. "

"I stayed at Hotel Argana Agadir on an all-inclusive basis, but my experience was disappointing. There was no free water provided either in the restaurant or in the room, which is surprising for an all-inclusive hotel. In the bathroom there was only bar soap instead of liquid handwash. Also, on the first day there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use. These basic issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves these...
