"Overall I rate this property a 6 or 7. The adult pool was extremely and not look appealing at all. I was never able to get in the pool during my stay. It would be nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile. The food is average. "

"Need to update buffet, guest service, and rooms. The rooms are not updated and appear to be very old with old drawers in the restroom. Better choices for snacks especially for kids. Maybe add pizza as an option. Also, more choices in alcohol. For example, they only had two tequilasOne of them being cuervo. I expected a little more "

"The facilities need work, there are broken tiles in the pools, along with leaves and debris. Only one of the two saunas were open and some of the pools were empty, others the water looked disgusting and no one was going in them. We ordered dinner and waited over 20 minutes for our drinks and then had to ask for them to be served. The room was nice but had a moldy smell. Not a great stay at all."
