"We had a fantastic time here. The staff went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant was a real highlight — genuinely excellent food and service that made the trip. The views are spectacular and worth the visit on their own. A couple of practical notes for future guests. The hot tub runs cooler than what we're used to in the US — I'd estimate around 90–95°F — so if you like it piping hot, just set your expectations accordingly. It's still lovely, just more of a warm soak than a hot...

The rooms felt homey and were so comfortable and the wood work was amazing, along with fancy room amenities. The view from my room was beautiful and the town is quiet. "

"Other than pool I don’t see any point to go back to this hotel And especially don’t get trapped by the photos in the website . Overall service is not very good. I would recommend to straight away go for the pool service rather than going for hotel stay."

"Hotel is listed as having airconditioned rooms. Upon check in it appeared they have NO airconditioning and lady at reception admitted she had informed Expedia about it several times. Due to the ongoing heatwave a room without airco was no option for me so I cancelled. Still waiting on Expedia to honor a full refund."
