"Very disappointing stay — cleanliness, maintenance, and advertised amenities were not as promised. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not being properly managed. The duvet provided appeared dirty and had visible marks/stains, which made me question whether the bedding had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The chair in the room was also visibly dirty and stained, making it unpleasant to use. The bathroom was poorly maintained as well....
