"We had a great stay, convenient location, clean rooms and pleasant staff.
The only drawback we found were that the walls were quite thin so noise from other rooms was audible with our door closed."

"The hotel itself was good, but the parking situation needs improvement. Staff told me which floor to use, but there were no signs showing how to actually get there. It ended up being confusing enough that I had to walk down the block to figure it out.
There should be clearer signage directing guests to the parking areas—especially for the oversized vehicle parking garage. It would also help to have proper directions on how to get to and from the garage once you’re on the property.

"We had an AMAZING stay at Hotel Arts. For the price, the amenities were excellent, with 2 restaurant/bars, a plush pool area, and small gym conveniently located on site.
This may be kind of nerdy, but the fact that the TV was Chromecast enabled was also a plus, allowing no shortage of in-room entertainment.
Also, TONS of great places to eat and drink just across the street. We were in town for a convention and the Calgary Expo is about a 10 minute walk that is enjoyable with your morning...

"Weekday stay, room was clean & quiet, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast & prompt valet parking. Walkable area. I would 100% stay again during the week (I know the area is sometimes louder on the weekends)"
