"The pillows sucked, pool was small compared to how many ppl were there and a hot tub would've been nice. Breakfast was so so, the microwaved western omelets were not appealing plain scrambled eggs would've been better choice. For the price paid I would rather have stayed at the staybridge inn suites more room and hottub more choices for Breakfast."

"Be careful in the hot tub. The breaker popped and heard zapping noises like if the wires were getting to hot and then we saw smoke. Luckily nothing else happened. I tried calling the office but no one answered the phone. Went to the office and the office was closed. Ended up getting a discouafter talking with someone in the office the next day."

"Very dirty hotel. There were crumbs all over the floor in our room the night we checked in. I talked to staff and they sent someone to vacuum, but even then I didn't feel comfortable walking around in there without socks on, and when my socks started turning black I put my shoes back on too. The room stunk. The furniture was terribly stained, the walls had handprints on them. We were in the whirlpool suite but the jets looked so dirty I didn't even bother. "At check in they didn't give me the King Suite I had paid for. Finally got the correct room after much drama. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way and kept coming off the track. The refrigerator compressor made a horrible sound all night. Breakfast was over at 9 which was a little early for us on vacation."
