"The location is very convenient, around a 15 min drive from the airport, and a walkable distance to Igaucu Falls park. The concierge, Vinicius, also helped us book a tour to the Argentinian side of the national park and was very helpful!"

"Hotel com boa estrutura para crianças, café da manhã e jantar com variedade, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O ponto fraco, comum a tantos outros resorts do país, é a cobrança pela água. Inacreditável que em pleno ano de 2025 obriguem os hóspedes a comprar água em garrafa plástica e não ofereçam bebedouros. Em quatro dias, consumimos 20 garrafinhas de água. 7 reais cada uma. "

"Bon accueil, petit déjeuner excellent, restaurant sur place très bien. Le personnel est très gentil, et très à l’écoute. Les chambres ont besoin de travaux pour remettre en état, salle de bains, c’est assez vieux."

"Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no hotel, especialmente porque é excelente para crianças. Meus filhos adoraram cada momento! O ambiente é limpo e organizado. Apesar de os quartos serem antigos, percebe-se que passaram por atualização, com camas muito confortáveis e aconchegantes. A equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa, o que fez toda a diferença. Outro ponto positivo é que, no final da tarde, havia um lanche especialmente preparado para as crianças, o que eles aproveitaram bastante....
