My room looked out on to a corridor which wasn’t ideal and the sealant around bathroom fittings was black with mildew. "Horrible and disgusting and such poor service. We spoke with the hotel's reservation a couple of hours before arrival to confirm our 2 rooms and they confirmed back. When arriving there was initially nobody and reception and then a whirlwind of confusion started.
