"Nothing was working in the room and the staff disregarded us"

"Best massage ever!"

"Great job"

"Great staff"

"Hotel sehr gut gelegen, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Amman zu erkunden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück in Buffet-Form und für jeden etwas dabei. Zimmer großzügig und sauber, etwas renovierungsbedürftig genauso wie Pool und Fitnessstudio. Sehr schöner Blick in den oberen Zimmern über Amman."

"Great location, all areas of hotel well kept, rooms well appointed"

"The whole hotel is excellent from the friendly and helpful security and reception that greet you, to the wonderfully helpful and welcoming staff in all departments. The rooms are impeccable, and warm - feels like home. The restaurants, cafes, and lounges are great and reasonably priced. The proximity and ease of walking gives this an additional point. Special thanks to the Mariott for consistently delivering and making my stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"I will always love to revisit this hotel, as always exceeding my expectations Great staff and services"

"Excellent"

"I expected a bit more courtesy for a repeat customer that stayed in the hotel 3 times within a month's time more or less. I was in Amman to attend a funeral and leave early in the morning next day. I arrived early and asked if I could go to the breakfast area to have a coffee and something to eat, but they directed me to the lounge cafe staff who were very unhelpful and told me to scan a QR code on the table for the menu which I could not find! The next day I left even before the breakfast...

"Very good and hospitality crew good breakfast very clean thank you"

"the hotel is in badly need for maintenance, besides, it needs serious cleaning. The washroom is dirty, roof was leaking, cloth atring was either too dirty or not there. Every detail in the washroom was in bad situation, dirty, edges were poorly made, corking was poorly made everywhere The only reason I think people would choose it is price"
