"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties...

The room was fine without having anything truly special to recommend it more: clean & comfortable but no extra amenities to make it stand out. The breakfast wasnt worth the money, hot dogs, overcooked bacon, dry scrambled eggs, no fried eggs and no beans. Also the wifi was non existent. We ordered a taxi fir the airport yet had to walk with luggage to the nearest taxi rank which was 10 minutes away "
