"This is a marvelous hotel. The location is terrific, the architecture and design create a space both open and cozy, the rooms are well-appointed, clean and well-maintained. "The room was small and the shower was extremely small (you could not move when showering and I am a small person 5'6"). Strong smell in room. Staff was not helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the restaurant were amazing. Parking in building is very small but you can park a block away with validation (good thing),"

"You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

"While the hotel itself is cute, it has no climate control at all. The room gets incredibly hot. The shower is also a shower head with a long hose that’s not attached to anything, so it just hangs. When we tried to use the hair dryer, it blew out sparks. There’s also no elevator (this is mentioned in the hotel details), so beware of that. "Estuve tres noches. La habitación, el personal y la ubicación fue de lo mejor. Lo único que puedo mencionar como algo negativo, si fuera el caso que dormís temprano, sería el bullicio de los clientes del lugar y cercanos. Estuve en junio anochece cerca de las 22hs. Tal vez fue por eso que se estiraba el ruido hasta medianoche. Sin dudas, voy a volver cuando esté nuevamente en Andorra."
