"Wonderful staff and manager Hector. They were always friendly and ready to help in whatever way we needed. The only suggestion for the resort would be to increase the pathway lighting. At night , it is is really hard to see the way back to the cabins."

"Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!"

"Hotel is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly. They kindly stored our luggage prior to our trip to Matchu Picchu and that was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with basic amenities. Breakfast was good. As a minor suggestion, it would add a great value if hot water kettle and tea options could be provided in the room or in a common location as we noted in other hotels we stayed during our trip. They made eggs to order and had a small buffet, including fresh fruit and fresh bread.
