On the second day, I requested help very early in the morning with extremely heavy bags getting on the shuttle bus. "The hotel is easy to get to and is located in a central location near metro station, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and house keeping was by request only. The hotel floor carpeting is old and looked dirty in most areas. Breakfast is provided but is very basic. There's garage parking available in the basement. Overall good hotel but they can improve on some things."

"I enjoyed my stay overall, and the room clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue is the room tended to get very hot during the day because the window curtains were open other than that, everything else was great and I had a great experience. I would stay here again."

Getting access to WiFi was a nightmare/ not at all user friendly as even admitted by the front desk staff. Transitions from elevators to carpeted floors make rolling suitcases an other nightmare. "The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was decent but super crowded. For some reason the air conditioning was not on in the lobby or the hallways and was super hot. Other than that it was decent."
