"It's ok for one night"

"Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room suited our needs and was very clean. The breakfast offered a lot of choices. We liked the location since it was quiet but still close to the lake and for our day trips into the Bayfield area. Excellent stay- thank you!"

"Booked a king room and received 2 queens. When returned to the front desk about the mistake, was told they are sold out and there is nothing she could do. The bathroom reeked of mildew and the bathroom fan didn't work. I believe the hotel is used primarily for workers in the area...we had a person loudly jumping up and down for several hours the first night until 11:00pm then resumed jumping at 7:00am the next morning. "Cottage 4 was a blend of rustic charm and recent updates. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We were a party of two, but it would have been roomy for four. The hosts’ welcome gift of local ice cream was a bonus. The location worked well for us. It was just off the highway, but quiet; and we had easy drives to explore towns and trails in the area."

"We have been coming to this cabin for almost 15 years & it never disappoints. You get the secluded Northwoods feeling while having the highway nearby making it easily accessible. The hosts do an excellent job leaving amenities & keeping the property kept up. We have been going to Florida for the past few years for our summer vacation & my 10 year old said this was his favorite vacation yet."
