"I'll start off by saying the staff was excellent! No issues there. Anu, Brenda (the new housekeeper), Roxanne, and the day receptionist were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is terrible. Our first room had an odor, the bathroom had rust and mold. The AC barely worked. It couldn't keep up with the Texas humidity. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I'm not expecting much from a hotel but you could feel the springs through the bedding. The iron had some residue on...
