"The resort is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. However, service is very slow, room service took forever and in room dining spilled the juice twice. We had to call several times for someone to bring us amenities and 3 times to request a buggy for checkout."

"The hotel its self was great. The villas were not maintained nor upkeeped. The power kept flickering and the AC had barely enough power. It’s a nice getaway if you’re not expecting anything from the staff. The staff don’t seem to care if you like the place or not because it’s a great location."
