"Nice and clean room Staff was friendly and helpful"

"The hotel is very nice and just off the airport property so very convenient."

"Great rooms and facilities. Love the ambiance of the hotel"

"The hotel is super efficient and strategic location"

"The hotel itself was very good. This was what I expected for a high-quality capsule hotel. However, moving around the airport in the early morning is not convenient and there are people who will try to scam you with taxis. Make sure to use GRAB to travel to the other terminals when the skytrain is not operational."

"An extremely good excellent value hotel close to the airport."

"Great staff!"

"Great to be close to airport with shuttle"

"Right inside the terminal, safe and convenient"

"Great location. Breakfast is good. Nice facilities."

"Spotlessly clean room, lovely pool, friendly staff - an amazing stay!"

"We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold."

"Beautiful facilities and rooms Friendly and helpful staff"

"Perfect hotel to stay in Serpong!"

"The location is right in an entertainment area and the staff is very friendly!"

"Plenty good but need some facility improvements"

"Shops nearby and the variety of breakfast."
