The property is also very well situated for local amenities and a short walk from: Eltham town and several parks, including Westerfold's Park where you can see wild Kangaroo's, Kookaburra's, and other Australian Wildlife. "Staff were friendly. However, the building turned the ac off for the entire hotel following complaints from a few guests of being cold one day due to the weather. When asked about this, they said they can't turn on ac in select rooms, and instead gave us a fan for our room. Additionally housekeeping only came the first day of our 5 day stay. "
