"Das Hotel und das zugehörige Restaurant waren - trotz Reservierung für beides - geschlossen! Keine Info weil man uns angeblich nicht erreichen konnte. Weder Mail noch Telefon oder Handy zeigen Versuche.
Immerhin hat man uns notdürftig empfangen und untergebracht. Dafür ein "Danke schön". Zum Abend haben wir unseren Reiseproviant verspeist. Den Abschluss unseres Sommerurlaub haben wir uns ganz anders vorgestellt. Aber wir hatten nach 760 km auf der Autobahn keine Lust auf Suche nach einem Lokal....

"Very nice hotel, in a convenient location to see the sights of Nancy. It has a touch of quality about it. The room was perfectly clean, with all the facilities that you would expect. Nice spa area, included in the price, and a very pleasant bar area.
The only reason that I didn’t award it 5 stars is because when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, even though it was later than the book in time ……. Probably just unlucky."
