"Absolutely one of the worst stays I’ve had with my family in these United States. Room AC was leaking on the floor, peeling doors and carpet saturated with water and smelled of order. My other room didn’t have any AC for the athletes with me and they stay in a separate unit, they woke up sweaty. "Great location, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff was super friendly, and we had an overall great experience. Access to/from the parking lot with one's luggage is not the "easiest," so if you're traveling with kids/pets/considerable luggage, be ready to burn some calories! It was unfortunate to see the amount of homeless in the areas surrounding the hotel; when taking our dog out at night we saw it at its peak. "

"Incredibly friendly at the front desk and check in however they forgot to mention how to connect to Wifi as a non-Hilton member. The rooms are dated so I had to call someone up to help me adjust the temperature in the room because it was not obvious how to do so. And then the temperature only goes down to 67° surprisingly. A bit of a racket to park with no assistance whatsoever from the hotel and then be charged $12. That’s a scam."
