"The property is immaculate, the staff are the best of the best, and they genuinely care about what your needs are. I haven’t been this impressed…ever! "The property itself is beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor communication from the staff. I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response. I ended up messaging them on WhatsApp from the airport, unsure whether I needed to purchase a new plane ticket or not.

"I have never stayed at a small resort like this before and I was a little concerned. But by day two all of my worries were gone. The employees are very nice and helpful, the food in the restaurant was great and prices weren't out of line. Would definitely stay here again!"
