"We stayed for 1 night. Were notified 2 days before that reception and restaurant would be closed (wish that would be more clearly communicated at the time of booking). Arrived on Monday night and self-check in with no issues. Had to drive 10 km to the nearest open restaurant to get food. "This is an excellent hotel for its price point! I felt like I got a lot of value for what I paid. The rooms are clean though no frills. The staff is helpful and attentive. The spa was clean and nice, although it is only open for four hours in the evenings. If you are used to some of the more premium hotel/spas in the Berchtesgaden area, you won’t be impressed.
