"The hotel and location were filthy. There was feces on the side walk, although the only animals I saw were humans. No bottled water was offered, nor was it provided upon request. The bedding and window shade were stained. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and sewerage. I could not use the shower because the handle fell off when I tried to adjust the water temperature. I had a meeting the next morning, so I spoke with the staff about requiring breakfast at a specific time. I called...
