"Surprise!! I got room 249 with a view of the roof! No forewarning until I checked in. The front desk only offered up charges for a room change. No other considerations offered. Hotel says coffee served in the lobbby 5:00-9:00 AM the morning I was there NO coffee along with a 20 minute wait. The reason I stay at the lodge and the Inn, is so I don’t worry about things."

"The room and staff were great. We appreciated that our dog was also welcome although we had to walk him away from the hotel area. It would have been nice to have a designated pet area."

"First of all I want to say the staff we're very kind and informative. It is perfectly located, clean and safe, walking distance to pretty much anything you would want or need as far as shopping and restaurants. The only reason I gave it lower stars is because my mother is handicapped and required a wheelchair. There is NO wheelchair accessibility anywhere on the property and you can only reach the room by going up and downstairs. Fortunately we were able to help her and she fell in love with...

"Property was clean, staff was very friendly, room was comfortable"

"We enjoy the whole experience at the Inn - we have been here several times."

"While the tiny house cabin was nice, the property looked a bit run down. The positives: The unit was clean, had pleasant finishes and a comfy couch with a nice view, and it was nice having a washer/drier. The negatives: No wash cloths, no shampoo and no coffee - very surprising for the price. The bed was a mattress on the floor in a very short loft up steep stairs. It was a bit too firm and hard to get into it on the far side."

"Condo was very clean, had everything you could think of, plus more, walkable to most places “in town”, including gondola. Communication was excellent. Was comfortable and functional."

"Everything was great, Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens, towels and supplies. Only downsides were the size of the master shower (I'm a big guy) and the induction range top which was a bit of a pain. But I would rent this unit every time I come to Sun Valley."

"Condo was comfortably furnished and well equipped for a pleasant stay. Location just north of downtown is excellent. The complex is undergoing a big construction project which was a little disruptive. The complex is shockingly dark at night, and the unit did not have an outside light, which I did not like. Contact person was very helpful. On the whole I recommend this property, but bring a flashlight!"
