"Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location "

"I left some item's in my hotel room by accident. An android phone charger, an ipad charger, a sweater and a jacket. Housekeeping turned my jacket and sweater into the front desk but did not turn my chargers in. Obviously someone kept them for themselves because the front desk never received them. I was very disappointed that untrustworthy people was working for the facility. Im sure they've taken other people's stuff too. Front desk never acknowledged the loss of my chargers but did get...

"Someone knocked on my door and jiggled with the handle several times in the night. There were bugs in the room and bathroom (stink bugs). I put a do no disturb sign on my door. And i could still tell that someone came in my room and moved things around while I was away. "

"My family has stayed here several times. The people are so friendly and kind, the hotel is always clean, and the breakfast is great! (Good coffee, plenty of different creamer options, teas, waffle makers, oatmeal with toppings, eggs, biscuts and gravy, cereal, etc.) Bed was comfy too. I also accidentally left my night light in my room and the staff found it and called me with in minutes of my departure, to return it!"
