There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants."

"The room was clean and check in instructions were easy to follow. Breakfast was delicious each day. Parking was fine but sometimes not enough space to park at the end of the day. Not too much they can do about that. The only thing that was lacking was not enough utensils/plates/bowls etc in the room. The view was amazing and the property provided a great deal of privacy. I would definitely recommmend this location and stay here again."

"I stayed at the same hotel chain near Legoland about a month ago and expected the Alcoa Airport location to offer a similar experience, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. The hotel has a very strong musty smell throughout the property. Everyone in my family experienced allergy symptoms after the first night. Housekeeping is not provided daily; instead, rooms are serviced every other day for guests staying five nights or more, which was disappointing. The air conditioning was also not working...

"I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

"Grounds had weeds all over, black mold in bathroom, shower mat had large hole in the middle of it. Lack of detail on keeping the place up."

Worms walking on the walls. Stains on curtains. This was a first and last for me within 10 minutes of walking into the room."
