"1. poor reservation system forcing me to move; inflexible staff
2. inadequate room assignment policy. I wanted a room upstairs, but there was apparently no availability. Early next moring I saw two open unused rooms
3. poor bathroom: shower works hardly
4. low cost facility with low standards. This could be made very nice with some investment
5. Second night at Casa Quero. Just a bit more expensive, but miles nicer

the stuff don`t speak even the basics English i have to use google translate.
and when it comes to eat its a circus .
