"Room is clean. Frienly staff"

"Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap”...

"Don't have a low battery on your phone. You need it to open all doors on the property. Great set of utensils for anyone bringing their own food. Wish they would provide tea bags as well as coffee pods."

"Cable TV did not work very well… sound and graphics were glitching throughout the whole stay. Breakfast was kind of sad - eggs and pancakes did not look appetizing, bread and cereal and a couple juice and other things. Other than those 2 things was a great stay, room was clean and nice, staff was helpful and it was in a great spot to walk to stores/resturaunts."
