"This hotel should not be a part of Disney properties. It was a truckstop with a nice façade. Our first room had no air-conditioning and was absolutely filthy and old. We asked to move and they set us up in a new room. Definitely had air conditioning this time but a broken coffee maker. Four coffee makers later we still had to buy Starbucks every single morning. There’s no place to eat here except for one all you can eat dinner buffet. Absolutely avoid this place."

"Really good facility for kids but staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Room is really dark & hot (during the summer as no ac) no water given in the room and no water/ice area . Arcades games are really expensive. Food was poor . If they had better staff , food and ac in the room I think it would have been a 5 star hotel ."
