"The kitchen was serviceable and had adequate cooking equipment although a salad bowl and microwave containers would have been useful. A carport was provided but was too narrow for a large 4WD."

"Excellent location within walking distance of plenty of shops, cafes and the waterfront. Check in was very easy. The rooms were well furnished and equipped we had a connecting studio and 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect with our 2 young kids. All staff were very friendly. We loved the housekeeping service. And we were able to store our bags on check out until we needed to go to the airport. Would stay again."

"Family cabin in a park, with plenty of space, trees and birds. Private space. Full size fridge, stove and kitchen crockery. Direct access to safe beach. "

"It was the perfect spot for a one night stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got really late and they were waiting for us, even though the restaurant was closed they let us eat there the food we ordered from Uber eats. Room was comfortable and clean."

"I have stayed at this venue previously as my business travels the east coast east month. The last stay was perfect. This stay was a complete debacle, and the manager of the day was rude,obnoxious and would not listen regarding a deposit policy. Previous stays I was “offered” not to pay a deposit.i didn’t ask for the deposit to be waived,it was offered,but this manager would not recognise that the no deposit situation was offered previously to my company"

"Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...
