"5 stars overall, an exceptional hotel, but one important security concern For me, the Grandezza Hotel in Brno was a 5-star experience all the way. The location, atmosphere, service and overall quality were excellent, and it is genuinely one of the best places I have stayed. However, there is one issue I feel strongly about, I mentioned it to the reception team when I checked out: hotel security in the evening needs to be improved. "Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, Zimmer wunderbar genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet, sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der gewünschte Parkplatz vor dem Hotel war reserviert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war allerdings nicht so toll. Das Frühstücks-Personal hat zwar auf Wunsch Cappuccino bereitet, oder das Buffet nachgefüllt, aber wirkte etwas genervt oder leicht herablassend. Da allerdings das Zimmer wirklich top war und die Lage gut, würden wir wieder hier buchen."

"New hotel, so overall well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and included. Only thing to note, there is no elevator, and if you are unlucky like us and placed on the 5th floor, you will need to climb a lot of stairs! No AC either, only one fan, so at times was stuffy in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"Really a unique experience, sleeping in a true Soviet Union bunker. The history aspect and the bunker is fascinating and incredibly well-preserved, Highly recommend for an authentic adventurous experience. However, just know that you’ll likely not get a great night’s sleep. Any sounds made echo throughout the entire corridor all night (in our case, it was four young guys who’d been out drinking till late).
