"We are a family of 5 that stayed for four nights. The staff at this hotel were fantastic! Especially Martin, who drives the shuttle and assists guests at the door. The shuttle will take you to and from the ski hill or anywhere else in Bromont you wish to go, which was great. The staff were very responsive anytime we needed anything. "Accommodations were good. A few maintenance jobs needed considering price you pay. I.e. shower door didn’t close properly, exterior door hard to close, indoor furniture not comfortable. Did not like being told to clean up and sweep, do dishes etc. after paying over 300$ a night. Feel like that should have been taken care of by facility. "
