"Lovely, knowledgeable staff at the front desk and a nice quiet location within walking distance of the tram. The bedroom was clean and tidy with modern facilities. The bed frame could have been a bit sturdier as it moved around slightly, but the movable tray attached to the bed was really useful. I actually booked the hotel after seeing it recommended on social media, and overall I had a good stay."

"Für die Eishockey WM sehr schlecht organisiert an der Bar, sehr freundliches Personal aber die haben mir sehr leid getan an der Bar, ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit so wenig Amenities im Zimmer geht gar nicht. Overall kein 4 Stern Hotel."

"Wir waren 2 Nächte dort eine Nacht wurde von einer Firma bezahlt und eine Nacht hatten wir über Expedia gebucht. Leider wurden nicht alle Daten von Expedia zu der Buchung weitergegeben. Aber das Personal an der Rezeption war hervorragend, es hat alles gut geklappt wir bekamen Zimmer zugeteilt, wo wir am nächsten Tag auch nicht umziehen mussten. "Wenn Personal da war, war es sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war im letzten Jahr besser. Aktuell selfservice beim Frühstück. Würde ich beim nächsten Mal nicht dazu buchen. Ist aber Geschmack. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr nett hergerichtet. Ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Zimmer sind toll und die Lage für mich perfekt. Auch das Personal hat sich ins Zeug gesetzt und hat geduldig meine Wünsche und Fragen beantwortet."
