"Staff were rude they locked us out of our room because we were 5 minutes late for check out Then the cleaner let us in and we had a phone call from a very rude person very disappointed "

"No aircon in the unit only fans, if you drive a large suv parking at the back on the allocated slot is very incovenient. Wifi is not available for my firsr 2 days of accomodation until i spoke to customer service. Rooms are very basic. Lots of cockroach which tells you the cleanliness. Otherwise great location. Close to train station. Lots of great restaurants around."
