"This hotel was great and so accomodating. Your front desk agents helped us setup some special (complimentary) amenities for a friend who was getting married that weekend. They assisted with printing things out, and putting a gift basket in her room as a surprise. Really great customer service! and pet friendly!"

"We liked everything about our stay. Breakfast room haf a very good variety of cooked food and pastries. It was great to see so many outlets and charging stations Only 2 things were off. The shower gel was empty. (We used the bar soap and left a note for housekeeping.) Also there were 3 empty vodka bottles behind the hair dryer. Otherwise....a great stay."

"The route was poorly lit for night time check in. The water was not hot. While the staff was pleasant they were unable to give us hot water prior to our check out and offered their apologies. They should have offered a discount since on our second day we were unable to shower before our departure. I question if I would stay there again."

"We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. As well seen a old molded muffin under one of the tables in the room looks like it had been there for awhile. After leaving the last day I did inform that to the front desk about...

"Staff was terrible from the get-go not enough training was very obvious, horrible customer service, and on checkout the guy had no idea what he was doing. I forgot his name, but oh my gosh wanted to charge me for parking and didn’t give me the right receipt. He gave me a receipt for just the parking the guy was all over the place. Breakfast area was closed."

"Traveled for Virginia to Chico, CA; stayed at various motels along the way. This motel is quiet, located away from busy roads and I only paid $67.00 a night. Room has an environmental unit, iron w/ board, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blow dryer; all work. Ice machine by office and continental breakfast with many off-site locations to eat. Room was clean and had more than needed lighting; many options depending on the mood desired. This will be my first stop when I visit Chico...
