"LOVED the facilities and the ENTIRE staff! It was definitely Four Seasons service from the moment we pulled up. The Double Family King room was great. The Rooftop, Lobby Bar and Restaurant were all well appointed with hip decor and amazing food and drinks. Mary and Deseray created a magical impromptu brunch for our family and family dog. My son lives in Chico and will definitely be staying again! The entire staff was so pleasant and made our whole stay so enjoyable! Its clear that everyone...

"This is a solid stay for the Chico area. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I’ve stayed here before and appreciate that They accept pets for a reasonable fee. There’s a Denny’s very close by that you can walk to. This facility does not have an elevator so may be an issue for some if not on the first floor."

"Not the greatest area... but what a nice facility. Super clean rooms both nights I have stayed there. Good water pressure and some darn nice bedding. Slept like a baby and never heard another guest make a peep. Nice staff!"
