"The shower curtain in our bathroom was installed incorrectly making taking a shower a little tricky.
The bathroom sink drained very slowly.
The couch in the room was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on.
The "free" breakfast bar was disappointing. There were runny scrambled eggs. The egg container was half full of liquid (I assumed it was water). There was no meat selection. The previously frozen breakfast sandwiches looked very unappealing.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly."

"Did not use the laundry service. Parking was convenient. On the afternoon of July 17 when we checked in, the refrigerator in the room was not working. The desk clerk very quickly found us another room and solved the quandary. She deserves to be recognized for excellent service."

"We arrived at the property to find it was closed. No advanced notice. We had called the hotel several times to alert them that we would not arrive until after 8, phone message said they were busy helping other customers or had stepped away from the desk. Had to find another hotel at 8:30 on a Friday night."

"House was quite roomy and full kitchen was nice. I would suggest adding a can opener for those who do cook.🙂 We did not a see a Tiki Bar as shown in the photos, but we made do. Maintenance wise, the toilet needs tightened, the tub needs some “no-slip” decals, and we cleaned the faucet aerator to get better water pressure. We would ABSOLUTELY stay at this adorable cottage again!😊"

"Room was awesome! Room was nice and clean, check-in was easy and had plenty of amenities. I would say the owners should be proud of that room but it was readily apparent that they already were with how much care they put into making sure we felt comfortable and welcome."
