"The pool is closed the WiFi don’t work and the rooms have a funny smell. It’s two floor but the stairs smells like piss.staff are not friendly everybody brought their kid to work won’t be staying ever again. Everrrrrrrrrr"

"We did not get our room until 8pm! The front desk gentlemen was as helpful as he possibly could be and tried his best, but we were not happy. He allowed us access to the pool while we waited, but ran out of towels for us to use. He agreed that our rate should be adjusted due to the inconvenience, however, we'd have to reach out to Expedia to assist. Expedia made several attempts to speak to the GM, but never heard back from anyone. Extremely upsetting."
